We are seeking sales professionals who are motivated self-starters that are organized, focused, creative, connected, and knowledgeable. The ideal candidates are looking to become part of a dynamic company with the potential of increased responsibility and income as we grow. The territory currently includes key accounts and existing business that requires a high level of customer service.

Duties include:
-Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to accommodate buyer’s schedules and geographical restrictions
-Provides on and off premise customers with exceptional customer service and extensive product knowledge
-Stays organized to complete numerous duties including product placement, pre-selling, and product planning
-Effectively communicate with customers in regard vintages, price changes and product availability
- Merchandise and utilize marketing dept to its fullest capacity
- Achieve bi-monthly focus goals and monthly dollar goals
-Attends promotions, hosts tastings and wine dinners, and participates in supplier market visits
-Comprehends and operates under state and local laws, rules, and regulations that pertain to alcohol sales
-Territory served: Sussex County/Kent County, DE

Qualifications:
- Effective at selling to both independent retailers and on-premise accounts.
- Broad and deep wine knowledge regarding imports – specifically French, Italian, and Southern Hemisphere.
- Proven past sales success, ability to maximize opportunities with key accounts and existing contacts and experience within sales territory a plus.
- Must reside within territory.
- Must be able to work independently, take ownership of assigned duties while managing multiple priorities.
- A professional knowledge of fine wine and/or certification with WSET or CMS preferred.
- Must be goal oriented, well organized, wine-passionate, assertive individual that is comfortable cold calling.
- Previous industry experience in sales is required
- Valid Driver's License with ability to meet company driving history requirements
- Drug and background checks required
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
