An environmental standard

Standard raises the bar on saving energy and conserving natural resources Green Policy Some of the steps Standard has taken to become environmentally conscious:

  • Purchase of Baler for recycling cardboard and plastic wrap
  • Recycling returned beer bottles
  • Recycle non-returnable wooden pallets
  • Using mugs instead of coffee cups – no more Styrofoam
  • Solar panels installed in 2011
  • Use of recycled paper
  • Company purchase of hybrid vehicles
  • Replacing lighting fixtures throughout the warehouse and office with low voltage and kilowatt usage
  • Donating used toner ink cartridges
  • Using environmentally safe cleaning solutions

St. Patrick's Day Parade
Saturday, March 9 @ 12:00PM
The Parade Route
The parade begins at the intersection of 4th Street and King Street in Wilmington Delaware and ends at the intersection of 14th Street and King Street. The 14th and King spot is also the location of our 2022 Saint Patrick's Day Parade Hooley!
 
The Hooley
At the end of the parade route is the location of our Hooley. Feel free to enjoy the parade from this location. Alcohol and food will be sold along with our yearly commemorative beer mugs. These will be $20.00 and come with unlimited refills until the beer runs dry (usually around 3pm). This is an excellent spot to see each of the parade participants as they finish their march.
